25 more deaths due to Covid-19 in Uttar Pradesh, 1677 new patients

Covid-19 infection has been confirmed in 1677 patients during the last 24 hours. The maximum number of 250 new patients has been detected in the capital Lucknow. Apart from this, 122 new cases have been reported in Meerut, 107 in Gautam Buddha Nagar and 103 in Kanpur city.

Lucknow: 

During the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, 25 more people died of Covid-19 and this infection was confirmed in 1677 new patients. Principal Secretary of Health Department Alok Kumar said on Thursday that during the last 24 hours, 25 more people killed Covid-19 in the state. With this, the figure of those who died of this infection in the state has exceeded eight thousand. So far 8011 patients have died in Kovid-19 in the state.

According to a Health Department bulletin, the maximum number of deaths occurred in Varanasi. Apart from this, three patients died in the capital Lucknow and two each in Gorakhpur, Meerut and Chandauli.
